Research Analyst III
- Communicated with various City management staffs across the country in order to provide expert analysis on various
types of community-related surveys. The surveys ranged on many community-related issues
from overall community surveys to recycling surveys. Responsible for importance-satisfaction analysis,
quadrant analysis, processing of tabular data, creating an overall executive summary for the completed projects
and creating the survey instrument through meetings with City staff. Worked directly under the Executive Vice President
of ETC Institute, Chris Tatham.
